Let’s take a break and talk about suede, because the main piece from my outfit is made of this fabric. I know you are all about Easter or worse, about parties. I hope you noticed that one of 2016 trends is suede: suede shoes, jacket, dress, button-down skirts and accessories continue to be all the rage. There’s something about the texture of suede that makes me feel like in the 70s. You can combine the suede pieces with boho style or create a clean look by pairing your suede pieces with classic silhouettes. It feel like a second skin and you will look look effortlessly chic. Do you like suede or just the thought about keeping it clean terrifies you?
The term Suede /ˈsweɪd/comes from the French “gants de Suède”, which literally means “gloves from Sweden”
Now, I will reveal you the secret place from where I bought this yellow treasure: a second hand shop, but not just any. Close to where I live, it has been opened a second hand shop called Byens Bazar, which is a smart idea of selling things by renting one stand for a certain period of time. I know you will start judging, but don’t you dare to think about vintage smell. It’s not like that at all. You can even find new items with the tag on, because Danish people know very well how to take care of their things. Just look how flawless my jacket looks and not to mention that I paid only 40 euros.
Special thanks to Yordanka Ivanova for photos!
