Purple rain

If you were worried about how I arrived in G.B I would say that it was fine, even if I had some adventures.I will tell you more about it later.Yeah I know it’s already Wednesday, but above all things it was weekend.I went to Aarhus with some friends because they know that there is worthy nightlife.

Firstly, we went to campus, where was a party.It was supposed to be a fabulous party as it was written on the ticket but  it turned out to be a messy one and a lot of strangers.Shortly afterwards, we decided to go downtown to a club.I was really excited to go there.When we had go inside,I remembered that I forgot my documents in the car, which was parked in the campus.Completely out of the blue,things took a turn for the worse. Confidence for sale

Confidence isn’t for sale and as my mom says: ‘You have to believe in yourself that you are smart, beautiful and capable’.

However, this is Thursday’s look for Crazy Daisy night.I was wearing a denim blouse, leather olive green skirt,brown leggings and warm boots.There are many ways to mix & match a denim blouse, but I think it’s too common to wear it with jeans, so I tried to mix it with this skirt.Hope you like it!

Prison experience

 It’s strange to wake up in the morning and then to walk on the street and ask someone: ‘How can I arrive to prison?’ or ‘How can I go to jail?’.Maybe you’re asking yourself why I was searching that.Well, all from IMS gathered at the prison for a unknown reason on Friday.I have to mention that the prison is abandoned.Then, the lecturer told us that we need to think about a business, which would be suitable for that place(The former State Prison Faengslet).From 8:am to 15:pm we were caught in prison between four walls  and working hard to find good ideas.At the beginning  of the course we have met  the chairman.It’ was unbelievable that he caught attention from 80 students and I was really astonished by his speech.He explained us that the prison isn’t just a negative, shitty thing.It’s a place full of stories based on true facts, which attracts many investors, citizens.There you can realize the value of freedom and appreciate more what you already have.

Now let’s get back to our work.After that we found out what’s the difference between innovation and creativity we had to look at the prison from other perspective:a commercial institution, which also shapes the city’s history.For instance, we had to give some sugestions about an event, product or service in order to earn money.We were 11 teams each one with 10 members.At the end of our project we had to present it in front of the director, all our classmates and lecturers.After many crazy ideas, my team chose to ‘invest’ in a ‘FAME ACADEMY’.

To put it in a nutshell we lost the case, but I was satisfied with our work and I enjoyed to stay there and colaborate with new people.The below photos are taken by a friend.

On the street…Aarhus

Buenos dias!I’ve slept only 3 hours but it doesn’t sit in my way to write a new post.I’ve been recently to Aarhus with my parents.Frankly speaking, I am awestruck by one thing: people from here are very different.Why?They’re extremely rich, but what I admire is that they’re very modest.It’s akward that you can still keep it simple, even if their average net salary is  2390 €.

For example, in my country it is a vital problem if you don’t have the latest trends in what technlogy, clothes and so on concern.Otherwise, without fastidiousness you can’t become popular.Yeah, I know it may sound stupid to you, but this is a true fact, which I actually hate it.From the last photos you can see  what kind of people live here and how they dress like.

Extremely proud of this shoot because I was on the other side of the road and my camera isn’t a professional one.

A walk in the park

As you know leather jackets are a must have fall trend and mine has been bought from Turkey.One of my favourite color is blue(turquoise, navy blue, etc.) because it suits me and has many meanings:inspiration, sincerity, youth, confidence.I was wearing also a warm white sweater because it was very cold outside, a pair of jeans, a huge necklace and some comfortable boots.Yesterday was the last day for my parents in Denmark so they begged me to go downtown and in the park.

Same day, different outfit.I was wearing a silver skirt, light pink blouse, denim jacket, black leather shoes and a statement necklace.I have to mention that this look was a bad choice because it was very cold outside so that is why I don’t look very happy.I have to make sacrifices in order to look chic.

Magenta jeans

As I told you before,I had great fun enjoying the last photo shoot.The photographer choose initially an abandoned factory but then he changed his mind and picked another place.He decided to meet at 7pm in order to go to railway station.I’ve started with two hours earlier, because I had to prepare two outfits and to put my make-up on.For the first look, I wore a black and white blazer, light pink blouse(Bershka), high waist jeans(Zara), black leather shoes, H&M bracelets and statement gold necklace.

On the street…Horsens

Sartorialist wanna be(http://www.thesartorialist.com/) but  my camera isn’t professional as I would like.I hope that Santa will be kind to me. I tried to act like a paparazzi and take some street shots.In the following photos I will present you different people(from 5 to 60 years old) and unsual styles.A remarkable thing is that men from Denmark have a great taste in style, more than women.For example,I observed that they are very careful about details: patterned socks which match perfect with shoes or belt,hat and suspenders and so on.The point is that everyone from here tries to be in trend(children,women,men).I’m pretty busy these days because I’m with my parents.I’m going with them to Aarhus(the second largest city in Denmark)tomorrow and I will skip classes.If the weather let us to visit the city I will be very grateful.

Light rain

I’m laying in bed wrapped in two blankets.Moreover, the central heating doesn’t work so, I am going to freeze tonight.’The Weather Chanel’ says that we are dealing with a ‘light rain’,but I totally disagree because I can’t see the point of the word ‘light’.Maybe windy,stormy would be better to call it .

I was in two minds but I wanted to be challenged in the morning, so I took my bike in order to go to school.I don’t know how I succeeded but the point is that I’ve arrived on time.It was pretty funny to see the other riders climbing,while I was going relaxed down the hill and listening to music on my mp3.I had to put myself in their place because ‘What comes around goes around’.I should have known how the weather it would be like,but I stubborn to understand that it would be really difficult to me to walk 4,5 km.Today’s timetable was quite mad because we began classes at 10:20 and finished them at 16:00.In additional,my group had to stay 30 minutes more because we were forced to finish our presentation at IMS about Unilever. Parfumuri:scurta introducere

Mai intai a existat tamaia.Stiu,asta a sunat ca:,,Mai intai a fost cuvantul”.Nu am schimbat subiectul, tot despre parfumuri vorbesc.In primul rand, acest cuvant provine din sintagma latineasca “per-fumus”, insemnand “in intregime fum”.Aparut in antichitate in Mesopotamia si Egipt, parfumul a jucat si joaca, pana in prezent, un rol vital in viata noastra.Apoi, la inceputul secolului 19 au aparut parfumurile sofisticate:Chanel no5 a fost primul parfum lansat de Gabriel ,,Coco”  in 1921.Marca acestui parfum are o istorie controversata, asa ca cine e interesat poate urmari filmul Coco before Chanel. In zilele noastre, Chanel si-a puso semnificativa amprenta in ceea ce priveste couture & perfumes.

Perfumes: short introduction

Firstly, the incense apperead. Yeah, it may sound like :’In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God’, but I am still talking about perfumes. Let’s go back to basics. The word comes from the latin syntagm ‘per-fumus’, which means through smoke. The art of making perfumes began in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt and was further refined by the Romans and Persians. It plays a vital role in our life.

 

 

Poate va intrebati de ce am ales sa fac un astfel de post.Asa cum am mai spus, parfumul este un must-have pentru mine.Nu imi pot incepe ziua fara a ma da cu parfum.Haha asta suna de parca mananc parfum pe paine,dar nu este chiar asa!De fiecare data cand ies din casa, stiu ca niste pufuri de parfum ma vor face sa zambesc si sa  imi schimb atitudinea.Parfumul imi este ca un prieten,ce-i drept tinut in dulap sau in geanta.The perfume knows how to cheer me up when I’m down in the mouth.It can take you high but also bring you down.Daca folosesti un parfum pentru ocazii nepotrivite, atunci ai cam dat-o in bara.Eu, de obicei, sunt constienta ca pe parcursul zilei trebuie ceva mai light si care sa se potriveasca cu mood-ul meu.Seara,  optez pentru un parfum mai obraznic,mai sexy.Un alt lucru important este cantitatea(sa nu torni toata sticla pe tine) si calitatea.

Parfumuri preferate:Chanel Chance,Coco Mademoiselle,Chanel no5(desi necesita o tinuta si atitudine classy)Miracle,Hypnose-Lancome Paris,Jean Paul Gaultiere Classique,Amor Amor-Cacharel,Miss Dior Cherie,Versace-Bright Crystal,etc.

Accessoriile e viata mea!

Sper sa va fie destul de clar ca subtitlul e ironic agramat.Astea chiar as fi in stare sa le mananc pe paine sau cred ca deja o fac.Azi mi-am luat lantul din imagine si o curea dubla foarte tare.Sunt innebunita dupa cercei.Sunt extrem de innebunita dupa collar & statement  necklaces.Cine este doritor sa ma impresioneze imi poate face un astfel de cadou si scapa usor.Detin si eu cateva, doar ca nu sunt destule.

One day, week, month!

                        What is the best thing to do now?

Blogging,of course.E trecut de miezul noptii…A mai trecut o zi sau de fapt, asa cum sugereaza si titlul, s-a dus o luna si o saptamana, de cand ma aflu pe meleaguri daneze.E o senzatie ciudata pentru ca am impresia ca traiesc aici de un an.Deja cand merg prin oras ma intalnesc cu lume cunoscuta + ca m-am obisnuit, cat de cat, sa ma orientez. Cand imi gasesc timp, vreau sa fac mai multe poze cu imprejurimile.

De data asta, mi-am propus sa fiu mai organizata in ceea ce priveste compunerea articolului.Tocmai am fost sfatuita  de prietena mea cea mai buna ca se observa marea zapaceala din mintea mea si sar de la una la alta.Prietenii dau mereu sfaturi bune, asa ca o sa iau in considerare ce zice spiritul ei critic.(Blame it on  http://www.facebook.com/?q=#/Dana.Stefana.G  if you don’t like it). Some brainstorming ideas scrise frumusel in Word + DownTempo Tracks ar trebui sa ajute.

Azi, am avut ore pana la 2,dar in mod normal, a trebuit sa stam pana la 4 pentru ‘Tutor Economy’, dar nimeni nu a avut atata rabdare.In lungul meu drum spre casa, am continuat lectia de lituaniana ,,predata” de niste colegi simpatici.Ajunsa acasa, am pregatit niste paste cu ton, ca deh asta e specialitatea studentului din primul an si apoi am dormit ca un ‘boss’/princess 3 ore.

Savoury bow-tie pasta

Sunt o norocoasapentru ca peste o saptamana o sa-i am pe parinti aproape de mine datorita faptului ca tata se ocupa de transport Romania-Danemarca(pentru mai multe detalii ma puteti contacta, in caz ca e cineva interesat).Deja pun la cale cu mama ce sa-mi pregateasca de mancare si, mai ales, ce sa-mi aduca de acasa:mancare(zacusca, branza+smantana, icre facute de mama + multe dulciuri cumparate din Germania+ REMI.Parca simt nevoia de mai multe haine asa ca, am pus-o pe mama pe drumuri prin magazine, iar ea mi-a fotografiat ce i s-a parut ca mi-ar placea si vreau sa imi cumpar.Oricum, baza shoppingului o sa fie  cand plec la Londra, asa ca ar fi mai bine sa ma pastrez pentru atunci.
